Militarization / Integration

As the Prime Contractor for the re-life and re-role of the M113 and Bison fleets of vehicles, DEW is an active participant in the continuing development of crew survivability and protection systems to enhance the operational effectiveness of these fighting vehicles. DEW has performed this function for a number of DND's logistic vehicle fleets and has integrated air conditioning systems, mine protection kits, and add-on armor kits to its fleets, as well as rebuilt and provided manufactured spare parts.
