The PM has the President's authority to enlist anyone within the company matrix, to ensure a project is delivered on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the customer. With integrated engineers, designers, draughtpersons and project managers, DEW can build to print or design innovative solutions from a Statement of Requirement (SOR) or a Statement of Work (SOW). On many projects, DEW works with customers to create SORs, SOWs, design concepts, prototypes, and Risk Reduction Units to then serialize production with complete Integrated Logistics Support.
